Common Questions
How is pregnancy percentage calculated?
Pregnancy % = (Pregnant Cows ÷ Cows Exposed to Bulls) × 100. CattleOS calculates automatically when you enter preg check results. Industry target is 93-95%.
What's the difference between pregnancy % and calving %?
Pregnancy % is pregnant cows ÷ exposed cows. Calving % is calves born ÷ pregnant cows. Both matter. CattleOS tracks both to show where losses occur.
