“Moved 12 head from pen four to pen seven.”
Spoken while you work — no typing

Record treatments, weights, and cattle movements by voice while you work. Keep your team’s records together, and find what you need without chasing notebooks or messages.
Demos are a short walkthrough of recording, finding, and sharing records on an operation like yours. Nothing to prepare.
How it works
Cooper, the voice assistant in CattleOS, turns what you say into a record you review before it saves — and answers questions from those saved records.

What moved into pen seven this week?

From the field
This has been the easiest switch from paper notes. Talking to it makes collecting data easier — the record is done before I'm out of the pen.
The screens are easy to see and use, even with gloves on. Nobody on our crew needed training to start recording.
Everything the crew records shows up in one place. When the vet or a buyer asks for treatment history, it's minutes instead of digging through notebooks.
Everyday wins
No dashboards to learn first. CattleOS fits the jobs cattle teams already repeat every day.
Say what happened while it’s fresh, instead of entering it again that evening.
Look up what was recorded, when it happened, and who did the work.
Review your crew’s completed work and see what still needs attention.
Bring recorded feed and treatment costs together with weight records.
Find and share the relevant cattle records from one place.
Fit for your operation
Pull up a single animal’s full history by tag, and record calving, treatments, and weights from the truck or the pasture — even without service.
Keep arrivals, movements, weights, and treatments connected, so every group’s story stays in one place from in-gate to load-out.
Keep pen activity and crew records current across shifts, with moves, head counts, feed, and treatment history always up to date.
One operation. Two focused apps.
Both apps are included in every plan and share the same records — what the crew captures at the chute shows up for the manager the moment it syncs.
CattleOS Field — for the crew
Voice-first, offline-ready capture for treatments, moves, weights, and notes — chute-side, pen-side, and beyond service.

CattleOS Management — for the office
Pens, animals, treatments, costs, and the crew’s completed work in one place — searchable and ready to share.

Trusted infrastructure
CattleOS is Ag Data Transparent certified. You control access, can export your data, and decide who sees each part of the operation.

FAQ
Cow-calf operations, backgrounders, feedlots, and ranch groups — any team that needs field work recorded consistently across people, animals, pens, and locations.
Yes. You can bring cattle in by scanning RFID documents or tag sheets (PDF, photo, or camera), uploading a CSV, or entering animals manually or in bulk.
CattleOS Management runs in any web browser and on iOS and Android. CattleOS Field, the crew’s capture app, runs on iOS. Most crews use the phones they already carry.
Recording in CattleOS Field. Crews can capture treatments, moves, weights, and notes in barns, yards, pastures, and remote pens without service, and everything syncs when the device reconnects.
Nothing saves automatically. Cooper shows you the proposed record first, and you can edit any field or discard it before confirming.
Cooper only answers from the records your team has saved, and you can open the source records behind any answer. If the required data is not there, it says so instead of inventing an answer.
Crews download CattleOS Field and record by voice — operators tell us nobody needed training to start. Most operations begin with the workflow causing the most friction, such as treatments or pen moves, and expand from there. First Farms includes hands-on onboarding.
